has joined the WWOOFING
network in June 2008,
therefore
you can come to our house to spend some unforgettable
time working and having fun together.
The
aim of WWOOF (World Wide
Opportunities on Organic Farms) is to raise awareness and interest
about a
sustainable way of life. Moreover, WWOOF is an exchange, and a cheap
way to
travel and help at the same time. In return for volunteer help, WWOOF
hosts
offer food, accommodation and opportunities to learn and share.
Casa
del Cuculo has joined the Italian
WWOOF association, that you can
contact if you wish to come and help us in our many
agricolture-building-carpentry-engineering-social-artistic-educational-cultural
activities!

works that we wish to share with WWOOFers are connected to the life in the countryside, like caring for
veggie garden, grass
cutting, pruning, building (mad house, fences, platforms, wood or straw
bale
houses, yurts…), masonry, house restoration, communal design
of eco-friendly
and cheap solutions for energy supply; other activities regard
conception,
project management, organization, realization, lobbying, networking,
fund-raising,
documentation and public relations of our
cultural, social and artistic projects.
